In year 2012 PFMC – Flour Division became the first flour mill in the Philippines to obtain the highest certification of Food Safety System Certification ISO22000

When I started our bakery business, I didn’t have enough knowledge about baking. I had only a few varieties of breads, cakes & pastries which I learned from books and YouTube. I used different flour brands of which PFMC products was not one of them. When my supplier ran out of stocks, I was forced to purchase from other store. The sales attendant gave me Washington Gold, & when I asked her if the flour was of good quality and she replied, YES! So, for the benefit of the doubt, I tried 1 bag. Upon using it, I was amazed because the volume had increased & the quality had improved. So, from there, I kept on using it. My knowledge about your products had widened with your TSR constantly & patiently visiting my bakery & conducting demos.

I was invited to different baking seminars conducted by PFMC, and I learned many techniques about baking. I’ve been using PFMC products for almost 8 years now & noticed that my sales continuously increasing and even supplying my finished products to different restaurants & caterers here in Dipolog City.
